Connections Community Support Program

   
Information provided by: the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Connections provides community-based housing, health care, and employment to poor and homeless individuals and families, including people with mental health and substance use conditions and cognitive disabilities. They have facilities throughout the State of Delaware. Clients of Connections can apply for the State Rental Assistance Program and other housing programs funded by DSAMH such as the Supervised Apartment Program, crisis beds and other housing depending upon the client level of need
